In 2008, a group of 35 talented players came together under the direction of ChristyAnn Morello.  Two teams were formed that would compete in the ever changing world of college recruiting for women’s lacrosse.  The teams consisted predominantly of players from the Garnet Valley and StrathHaven School Districts with a handful of players from other surrounding public and private schools in PA and DE.  All players were Rising Freshman and Rising 7th and/or  8th Graders.

In a relatively short time, The Majors Organization began to rise in the ranks among reputable club teams and by the end of the 2010 Summer Recruiting Season, was dubbed “Best New Club” polled by college coaches at Club Nationals.  The Majors’ first graduating class (2012 Select Team) paved the way for its sister inaugural class (2013 Select Team) and sent more than half of the team on to play Division I Lacrosse at many reputable lacrosse programs and outstanding academic institutions.  Additionally, some members went on to play Division 2 and 3 Lacrosse at their respected schools where they are also able to continue participation in multiple sports.  The 2013 Class, an equally impressive group of players, has committed to play Div I, 2 and 3 Lacrosse and will finish their high school senior years this spring.

They have led by example and helped build the foundation of what this organization is built on.  Although winning is not the emphasis of our family, the club boasts a winning tradition among its 6 Select Teams.  It has produced and developed decorated players recognized not only regionally but nationally. Additionally its player placement on college teams is one of the highest percentages in the region for its existence.  Today the club invites players from PA, NJ, DE and Northern MD to develop and play in a supportive atmosphere for the modern day female student-athlete
